Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a skilled Panel Builder / Electrical Assembler to build, wire, test and document electrical control panels and cable assemblies for production and prototype projects. You will interpret blueprints and diagrams, perform precise wiring and component assembly, and ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with trade school education.
• 1+ years panel-building experience.
• Experience wiring and assembling control panels and enclosures.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret electrical schematics and production orders to assemble control panels.
• Build and install components into control boxes and enclosures per drawings.
• Perform wiring, soldering and crimping; route wire to standards.
• Test assemblies with diagnostic equipment; document results.
• Maintain traceability and follow manuals; support prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D and quality teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and report recurring design concerns.
• Adhere to safety, lockout/tagout and 5S practices.
• Maintain tools and perform light maintenance on fixtures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
