Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Electrical Control Panel Assembler in Middletown, PA for the 3rd shift Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM. You will build electrical control boxes from start to finish, installing components and wiring according to blueprints.

The ideal candidate brings experience with electrical assembly, reading schematics, and using hand and power tools, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions. This role offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical or control panel assembly preferred.
• Able to read blueprints, electrical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control boxes and enclosures from start to finish.
• Install components, terminal blocks, wiring, connectors, hardware, and other components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Determine proper component placement and installation based on specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble and secure components.
• Cut and prepare mounting rails, hardware, and other materials as required.
• Route, position, and secure wires and electrical components within control boxes.
• Verify components and wiring are installed correctly and match the blueprint.
• Inspect completed control boxes for quality, accuracy, and proper assembly.
• Identify and report discrepancies, missing components, or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet established production and quality goals.
