Job summary

EC Electric seeks a Traveling Project Manager for our National Tech Systems team. This role travels to multiple jobsites across the US, with base location outside the regional office. You will manage project planning, execution, jobcost tracking, and closeout, ensuring profitability, safety, and client satisfaction. A proven PM track record in budgeting and contract management is required.

• Qualified candidates will have a successful track record in project management responsibilities, including profit, supervision, customer relations and fiscal and contract management.
• Experience planning, executing, tracking costs and closing out projects.
• Ability to interface with contractors, vendors and in-house operations.

• Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports.
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvements, light commercial and light industrial work.
• Market and build profitable jobs; coordinate and direct workforce.

Qualified candidates will have a successful track record demonstrating a complete understanding of project management responsibilities, including profit, supervision, customer relations and fiscal and contract management.
