Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on electrical field experience to support high-volume hiring for our electrical construction operations.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with Operations to understand project needs, source candidates, and conduct interviews in English and Spanish. Join a growing team and help shape a skilled workforce across nationwide offices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical experience or related background in construction or trades.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; able to interview and communicate with diverse candidates.
• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or workforce coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical roles, classifications, and jobsite expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for electrical construction roles, from apprentice to foreman.
• Collaborate with Operations and Field Leadership to plan workforce needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews evaluating skills and culture fit.
• Clearly communicate job expectations, schedules, and career paths to candidates.
• Support bilingual recruitment efforts including Spanish outreach and communication.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire transitions to the field.
• Provide field feedback to guide retention and workforce planning.
• Represent Rogers Electric at job fairs, trade schools, and community events.
