HanwhaQcellsUSA Corp seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects nationwide. This evergreen posting supports a growing EPC pipeline with 8–12 month site placements and 100% travel.

You will supervise crews, coordinate materials and equipment, ensure safety, and work with engineering teams while relocating to project sites across the U.S. This role demands full-time travel and adaptability.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years on major projects; utility-scale or power projects preferred.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (AC/DC/MV) and commissioning.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project.
• Good communication; Spanish language skills a plus.
• Willing to travel 100% nationwide and relocate to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical construction crews on-site.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate personnel, materials, and equipment to timelines.
• Oversee electrical installation, testing, commissioning activities.
