Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations for multiple LV projects across healthcare, commercial and institutional environments.

You will supervise field teams, ensure safety, schedule, and budget goals are met, and maintain adherence to project specifications and codes. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in LV construction, strong LV system knowledge (structured cabling, access control, nurse call, video, fire alarm), and proven multi-project

Qualifications

• 10+ years of low-voltage, communications, security, or technology construction experience.
• Previous LV Superintendent or Senior Field Leader experience.
• Strong understanding of LV systems and project coordination.
• Experience managing multiple projects and crews.
• Working knowledge of codes, standards, and industry requirements.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple low-voltage projects across various job sites.
• Direct and support Project Superintendents, Foremen, technicians, and field staff.
• Enforce field productivity standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to field leadership.
• Coordinate installation activities from mobilization through testing and closeout.
• Ensure manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and information are available.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to schedules or budgets early.
• Maintain safety compliance and drive a strong safety culture.
