Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Brownsville, TX seeks a senior on-site leader to supervise craft professionals on a major LNG project. You will direct craft activities, coordinate subcontract work, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with project policies while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, equipment oversight, and interfacing with field engineers to interpret designs and resolve technical issues on site.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor degree and 8–14 years of relevant experience.
• Experience on LNG construction sites preferred.
• Knowledge of Bechtel’s safety philosophy and ES&H practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Leadership / Supervision of craft teams and coordination of subcontract work.
• Schedules and reviews work for multiple crafts; ensures productivity.
• Monitors tools and equipment usage and requisitions.
• Ensures design documents are current and changes approved.
