Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate electrical work with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Lead and manage electricians, subcontractors, and technicians for safe, efficient installations.
• Oversee procurement, installation, wiring, and testing of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors; review and approve work and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and shop drawings; supervise submittals.
• Monitor progress; report status, productivity, and milestones to management.
• Assess change orders and coordinate impacts on schedule and resources.
