Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Certification as an electrician or electrical technician.
• 3+ years of field construction management experience in electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction activities, including planning, coordination, installation, and testing.
• Lead electricians, subcontractors, and technicians; ensure safe, efficient work.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders; align work with plans and codes.
• Review subcontractor work, manage changes, and monitor performance.
• Maintain quality Assurance and control through inspections and testing.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular safety meetings and audits.
• Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Monitor progress and reporting; provide updates on milestones and completion dates.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
