Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Certification as an electrician or electrical technician
• 3+ years of field construction management experience
• Proven leadership in construction settings

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction activities on site and ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop schedules and work sequences
• Lead electricians, subcontractors, and technicians; provide guidance and supervision
• Review subcontractor work, approve submittals, and monitor performance
• Implement quality control measures and perform inspections to ensure compliance
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety regulations on site
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical installations, drawings, and as-built records
• Monitor progress and report status, milestones, and completion dates to stakeholders
• Manage change orders and communicate impacts on schedule and resources
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates
