Job summary

Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical General Superintendent to oversee on-site electrical construction projects, coordinating electricians, subcontractors, and technicians to meet plans, codes, and safety standards.

You will lead teams, manage schedules, procure materials, review drawings, ensure quality and safety, and communicate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years of field construction management experience.
• Proven leadership of electricians/subcontractors.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule electrical work with project managers and engineers.
• Lead a team of electricians, subcontractors, and technicians on site.
• Oversee procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely material delivery.
• Ensure quality assurance, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain project documentation and shop drawings.
• Monitor progress and report milestones to stakeholders.
• Evaluate change orders and update schedules and budgets.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as required.
