You will supervise electricians, subcontractors, and technicians, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, compliant project delivery. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards, and extensive field construction management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Certification as electrician or electrical technician.
• 3+ years of field construction management experience.
• Proven experience as Electrical General Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical construction activities on project sites.
• Lead and supervise electricians, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to meet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, codes, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and review electrical shop drawings and submittals.
• Monitor progress and report milestones, delays, and issues to management.
• Assess change order requests and impact on schedule and resources.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and quality control records.
