Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking an experienced Owner’s Rep Electrical Superintendent to oversee field execution of electrical infrastructure on large-scale projects in Birmingham, AL. The role focuses on power distribution, high/low voltage systems, safety, and schedule adherence.

You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, review drawings, and drive commissioning and turnover while ensuring quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical construction with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed.

• Partner with mechanical and general construction teams to ensure trade coordination
• Lead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocols
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnover
• Provide progress reports and communicate risks and constraints proactively

Applied Digital is seeking a results‑driven Owner’s Rep Electrical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in electrical construction operations on large‑scale infrastructure projects. As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this individual is responsible for overseeing field execution of power distribution, low‑ and medium‑voltage systems, and electrical infrastructure while ensuring strict standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day‑to‑day electrical construction activities on site
• Oversee installation of electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and power distribution
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, labor, and equipment
• Review electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve field‑level conflicts or issues
