APG Electric, part of Kelso Industries, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruiting for a broad range of roles in a fast-paced electrical construction environment. You will partner with leaders, build targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, experience with Workday or similar ATS, and strong communication skills to manage a diverse requisition portfolio from trades to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting across skilled trades, construction, or leadership roles.
• Ability to lead intake discussions and translate needs into recruiting plans.
• Proven sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, and partnerships.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage diverse requisitions from trades to leadership.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for APG Electric across all levels, including trade, field operations, and leadership roles.
• Source and assess electrical construction talent from multiple channels.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce plans and timelines.
• Develop recruiting strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain candidate and requisition activity in the ATS and report progress.
