Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division is seeking an Electrical Construction Quality Engineer (QA/QC). This remote role within the United States supports quality control across EPC electrical construction projects, with up to 75% travel to district offices, customer sites, and project job sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10 years QA/QC on commercial electrical construction.
• Experience overseeing quality control during electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and energization of power systems.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality control activities for EPC electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with requirements and codes.
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Plans, inspection reports, test records, punch lists, and closeout packages.
• Conduct field inspections, audits, and quality reviews to identify defects and opportunities for improvement.
