Helix Electric Inc in Santa Clarita is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects, particularly in the water/wastewater and heavy industrial environments. Ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge in power distribution, instrumentation, and proven project management success.

This role requires building strong project teams, meeting customer expectations, and delivering projects on time and within budget. A comprehensive benefits package and a base salary between $120,000 and $150,000 are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in electrical construction.
• Strong experience managing heavy industrial electrical, instrumentation, and control scopes.
• Solid understanding of medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong teams for each project while delivering quality output.
• Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a group of approximately 3 direct and 10 total reports.
