Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management or equivalent field management experience.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M to $50M.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects and ensure budgets and timelines are met.
• Create and manage the full project schedule.
• Chair project meetings and ensure timely completion of job closeout procedures.
