Job summary

The Superior Group is looking for an Assistant Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN, to help drive our electrical construction projects. You will manage RFIs, coordinate with vendors, and monitor project schedules, all while developing project management skills.

With a pay range of $65,000 - $110,000, the role involves significant responsibilities in contract administration and on-site operations. Benefits include 100% paid health insurance, a 401K plan, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field or project experience on a commercial construction site, or a relevant degree or certificate.
• Prior experience supporting commercial construction projects in a project management capacity is a plus.
• Holding an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and submission of RFIs and ensure integration into project documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on project submittal processes.
• Support with change order management and documentation.
• Update contract documents and photograph jobsite progress.
• Monitor project schedules and provide updates to leadership.
• Work with the Foreman on material and equipment delivery.
• Lead project close-out including documentation and warranties.
• Develop an understanding of project finances.
