Job summary

MetroPower is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Management Trainee to learn branch operations through a series of entry-level assignments while gaining practical field experience and understanding MetroPower’s mission, vision, culture, and values. Upon successful completion, the trainee will be assigned to a MetroPower Office in Florida, Georgia or Alabama.

Responsibilities include safety, estimating, bidding, leadership, sales, material handling, order processing and delivering

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required or related construction experience accepted in substitution.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic web tools.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors when needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch management operations including safety, estimating, bidding, leadership, sales, material handling, and order processing.
• Gain practical field experience and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support team efforts and contribute to a dynamic, servant-leadership culture.
• Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility for training opportunities.
• Travel as necessary to support assignments.
