Job summary

MetroPower is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Management Trainee to learn branch operations through a structured program, gaining practical field experience and aligning with MetroPower’s mission, vision, culture and values.

Upon successful completion, the trainee will be permanently assigned to a MetroPower Office in Florida, Georgia or Alabama, with a focus on safety, leadership and customer service throughout training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Related construction experience may substitute for college education.
• Integrity and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch operations through a series of assignments at entry level.
• Gain practical field experience while learning MetroPower’s mission, vision, culture and values.
• Provide an outstanding level of customer service and maintain reliable attendance.
