Foundation Personnel Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects in the utility sector.

You will manage projects from estimating and planning through execution, ensuring safety, efficiency and budget adherence, while coordinating with field teams, clients, and subcontractors. Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management and estimating experience in electrical construction.
• Experience on utility electrical construction projects, ideally transmission/distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction drawings and NEC knowledge.
• Experience preparing labour and material estimates.
• Ability to interpret civil, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as Accubid.
• Excellent project planning, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of electrical construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans and progress reports.
• Coordinate project activities with field personnel, clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, labour and material requirements.
• Prepare labour and material cost estimates for upcoming projects.
• Conduct field take-offs, site evaluations and project walk-downs to assess scope and constructability.
• Review drawings, specifications, proposals and other project documentation for accuracy.
• Prepare bills of materials and coordinate purchasing requirements.
• Manage requests for information (RFIs), change orders and project deliverables.
• Track project progress against schedules, budgets and contractual requirements.
• Identify potential project risks, cost discrepancies and areas requiring corrective action.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Support construction teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between estimates and actual project costs.
