Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires coordinating planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and safe execution of electrical systems installation.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills, with a minimum of five years in electrical construction and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction estimating/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field; combination of education and experience considered.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test, Background screen and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor quality and safety compliance with codes and standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage client/subcontractor relationships.
• Prepare progress reports and manage change orders and closeout activities.
