Job summary

ITAC conducts electrical project management for complex capital projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction on a range of industrial programs. The CPM oversees safety, budgets, and schedules while guiding teams through execution, ensuring reliable, cost-effective results for clients.

As a senior leader in ITAC's construction division, you will drive proposals, develop execution plans, and manage performance against targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Multidiscipline project management experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification, preferred.
• Check-out, commissioning, startup experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiar with scheduling tools/techniques (MS Project and/or Primavera).
• Procore experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team’s electrical engineering, design, procurement, and construction.
• Enforce project principles, practices, and guidelines.
• Identify weaknesses and implement process and personnel improvements.
• Manage multiple projects and client assignments.
• Cultivate new work with existing clients.
• Develop work scopes, cost estimates, and execution plans.
