Job summary

OEG is seeking a Project Manager to provide overall supervision and technical management on electrical construction sites from bid through closeout. You will lead pre-job meetings, manage labor resources, and coordinate with estimators and field teams to ensure budgets and schedules are met.

Ideal candidates have extensive electrical construction knowledge and strong communication, leadership, and financial analysis skills, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Electrical construction knowledge gained via five-year apprenticeship program.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand scope of work and change order requirements.
• Coordinate pre-job meetings and invite project team members.
• Develop and track labor resources using cost to complete and project schedules.
• Manage job budgets, phase projects with estimators and field, and ensure accurate cost reporting.
• Review and sign invoices against major purchase orders and ensure positive cash flow.
• Coordinate change orders, proposals, and budgeting with estimators and field leaders.
• Ensure closeouts, O&M manuals, and record drawings are completed timely.
