Insight Global is seeking two Project Managers to join a growing electrical contractor with offices in West Sacramento and Livermore, CA. They lead projects from award through completion, coordinating with estimating, field operations, project engineers, and customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and a focus on safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery across states as markets expand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in electrical construction or related fields.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle with budgets and schedules.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multiple teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through closeout with scope, budget, and schedule utilization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Track budgets, costs, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate daily with engineers, foremen, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify out-of-scope work and prepare change orders to maximize profitability.
• Provide regular project updates to customers and leadership.
• Attend jobsite meetings and support teams in resolving issues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and respond promptly to communications.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements as needed.
