Job summary

Foundation Personnel Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability.

You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors and client communication, visiting sites as needed to monitor progress. The role requires a strong knowledge of electrical construction delivery, proficiency with MS Office and MS Project, and willingness to travel to project sites and offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction project delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and MS Project.
• Pennsylvania-based preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from turnover through completion.
• Review contracts, proposals, estimates, schedules and project requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, equipment, materials and deliveries.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure key milestones are met.
• Lead pre-construction and project meetings.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and work with field teams.
• Track project costs, budgets, change orders and profitability.
• Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance.
• Manage project closeout.
