Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Sciences, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Science, etc.), or related OR significant relevant work background
• 5+ years prior experience, preferably in the electrical construction field
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business lines to execute and deliver projects on time, on budget, within scope.
• Develop project charters, plans, resource plans, and PM artifacts.
• Coordinate with leaders to ensure proper prioritization and resourcing.
• Achieve minimum budgeted net profit targets.
• Manage billing and collections to maintain positive cash flow.
• Facilitate continuous process improvement to increase field productivity.
• Forecast weekly goals and adjust factors for efficiency.
• Share manpower, resources, and tools across branches and departments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers; ensure high quality service.
• Promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Prospect for new business leads and develop through networking.
• Promote safety as the top company goal and support zero accidents.
