Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of electrical construction, finance, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project financials, including costs, billing, collections, and forecasting to support profitability.
• Monitor accounts receivable and working capital, and optimize resources across projects.
• Coordinate manpower, resources, and tools across branches and departments to meet goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality service.
• Promote safety, drive continuous improvement, and mentor team members.
