This role offers hands-on field experience and progressively expands responsibilities in scheduling, procurement, estimating, customer relations, safety, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in contracting, engineering, or construction management preferred.
• Knowledge of the electrical trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly project priorities, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Analyze and forecast factors impacting project results to improve efficiency.
• Assist with scheduling, estimating, procurement, and tool/resource planning.
• Learn the bidding process and review estimates, drawings, and takeoffs.
• Manage projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and address concerns.
