Job Description

As a Construction Project Engineer with Facility Solutions Group, you will be part of a dynamic team that values excellence in a competitive market. The Electrical Construction Project Engineer is responsible for project data analysis, keeping projects on track, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications. We are looking for career-minded individuals with a successful track record in construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize construction engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Understand and track the Submittal Process using Procore Document management software.
• Manage and monitor the FSG QA/QC Program.
• Coordinate and communicate between sites and teams; supervise and train staff as needed.
• May be responsible for bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing.
• Understand BIM Analysis and Pre-Fabrication Designs.
• Use engineering knowledge for project management; estimate timelines, schedules, risks, and costs.
• Collaborate with Construction and Project Managers to analyze production, track materials, and documents.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field experience in Project Management or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Business. Equivalent experience also considered.
• Knowledge of electrical commercial and industrial construction industry and products.
• Proficiency in Accubid, Microsoft Office, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Electrical license preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass background checks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Customer service skills; PMP certification is a plus.
