Rogers Electric in Florida offers a Full Circuit Project Engineering Internship program designed for students ready to move beyond shadowing. You'll be embedded with a local construction team, paired with a mentor, and gain hands-on experience supporting real projects from bid through closeout.

The program exposes you to project managers, engineers and field leaders, with interaction across Preconstruction, Safety, Finance and HR.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Rising senior or graduating senior.
• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Interested in Project Engineering or electrical construction.
• Able to participate in the full ten-week internship.

Responsibilities

• Support active construction projects with a dedicated Rogers mentor.
• Maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings, and logs.
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, change-order documentation and closeout.
• Participate in project meetings and jobsite visits.
• Learn and apply construction technology and project controls.
