Everus Construction Group, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Engineer to support the project team with cost tracking, scheduling, RFIs, and submittals.

The role focuses on maintaining project schedules, tracking changes, and coordinating design updates with the construction team. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field or equivalent experience of 3+ years, plus leadership or field exposure is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Engineer supports the project team in various functions, including but not limited to job cost tracking, schedule tracking, change orders, RFI's, and submittals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• A working knowledge of construction methodology and managerial processes at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, an electrical apprenticeship, or equivalent experience of 3 years or more

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Leadership experience in a field environment
• Experience in the construction industry

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Ability to read/interpret/analyze construction schedules

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Working knowledge of job cost tracking

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential

Familiarity with Access a plus

Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, make decisions, and contribute as needed

Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

Excellent oral and written communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
