Job summary

Dashiell's DACON construction unit seeks a Construction Project Coordinator to support project managers and field leadership in Deer Park, TX. You will coordinate construction activities, manage project documentation, and facilitate communication across internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

This role ensures projects progress on schedule and within budget through proactive scheduling support, procurement coordination, compliance tracking, and administrative oversight, reporting to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng, or related field; 4+ years experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 1 year in construction coordination or related support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities with project managers and field leadership.
• Coordinate timelines between field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and the PM team.
• Monitor progress, flag delays, and ensure milestones are met with proactive follow-up.
• Assemble project documentation packages including drawings, SEPs, and contracts.
• Submit and track 811 tickets and maintain compliant project files.
