Job summary

You will liaison between field operations and leadership, manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, procurement and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 1–5 years of construction or engineering experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus.
• Willingness to visit jobsites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with project managers, leadership and subcontractors.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Enforce adherence to the contract, work plan, and project quality plan.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
• Support all assigned project estimates, schedules, constructability reviews, and value engineering.
• Produce, evaluate and guide performance trends and report details to project managers.
• Assist with project turnover and closeout documentation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
