Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply Partners seeks a Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects from purchase orders to completion. You will collaborate with sales, customers, contractors, and manufacturers to align scope, timelines, and material needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a service mindset, with ownership of independent projects for 1–2 years. On-site coordination and accurate billing are required.

Qualifications

• PM certification preferred.
• Construction or Electrical Distribution knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Proficient with Bluebeam and Excel.
• Ability to work with customers and provide excellent service.
• 1-2 years' experience owning projects independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team and customers to understand project scope and timeline.
• Participate in meetings to transfer from sales to PM and coordinate jobsite.
• Gather information to accurately purchase and procure material.
• Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and their representatives.
• Ensure electrical scope material is received, stored, and delivered.
• Coordinate all deliveries of material with Lonestar’s customers.
• Complete accurate billing in a timely manner.
