Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead large electrical projects from planning through execution. The role involves coordinating field leadership and clients, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and safety standards, across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years PM experience in construction, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Accubid, Revit, CAD, and BIM tools. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or civil fields.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction.
• 2 years of PM work in electrical distribution/substation or related disciplines.
• Experience with estimating systems; proficiency in Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, Navisworks, BIM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of NEC and safety standards; ability to read and interpret complex docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large electrical construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and safety.
• Coordinate office and field teams and manage owners, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support preconstruction activities including estimating input and value engineering.
• Plan staffing, procurement, scheduling, and coordination with engineering and field teams.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change orders.
• Manage client relationships and contract administration.
