Job summary

gpac is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead and expand its electrical services division on a growing pipeline of educational, healthcare, and institutional projects. The role emphasizes coordinating with clients, field teams, and vendors to deliver electrical service and construction work.

You will drive schedules, budgets, safety, and client relations while supporting the division’s growth and long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial electrical construction and/or service projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with educational, healthcare, municipal, or institutional projects is preferred
• Proven ability to build client relationships and successfully deliver projects

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical service and construction projects from inception through completion
• Coordinate with clients, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Build and maintain relationships with school districts, universities, healthcare facilities, and other institutional clients
• Support the growth and development of the company's electrical services division
• Monitor project performance and proactively address project challenges
• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication throughout the project lifecycle
