Qualifications

• Deep understanding of NEC, local codes, reading blueprints, and cost estimation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Experience: Significant field experience (5+ years) as an electrician, journeyman, or foreman is required.
• Licensing: State‑level licensure as a journeyman or master electrician is highly valuable.
• Certifications: Must possess an OSHA 30‑hour construction safety certification; CCM or PMP certifications are preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local building codes, and proficiency in reading blueprints and cost estimation.
