The role drives operational oversight, mentoring crews, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced field environment. You will lead with strong electrical leadership and industrial knowledge, travel to project sites as needed, and contribute to a comprehensive compensation package including weekly pay and benefits.

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Field Superintendent to join our Instrumentation & Electrical division in Vernal, UT. We are looking for the best candidates for our team and are offering a competitive wage of $42–$45 per hour. Vernal, UT residency is manditory for this position and a relocation package is negotiable. This position typically requires 50–60 hours a week and includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Project Field Superintendent at B.H. Inc., you will report directly to the Industry-specific Project Manager or Construction Manager and provide a full range of operational oversight. While your primary focus is management, you will also work with tools alongside your crews in the field when necessary. Your role involves mentoring team members, participating in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring personal job mastery across the site.
