Vernal, UT residency is manditory for this position and a relocation package is negotiable. This position typically requires 50–60 hours a week and includes an extensive compensation package. A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Project Field Superintendent at B.H. Inc., you will report directly to the Industry-specific Project Manager or Construction Manager and provide a full range of operational oversight. While your primary focus is management, you will also work with tools alongside your crews in the field when necessary. Your role involves mentoring team members, participating in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring personal job mastery across the site.
