Job summary

B.H. Inc. in Vernal, UT is seeking a full-time Construction Manager with electrical construction experience to lead field teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality on electrical projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in electrical construction, a Bachelor's in CM/CS/EE, OSHA 30, and licensure; CCM/PMP preferred. Competitive salary and benefits including weekly pay, 401(k) match, health and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of field experience as electrician, journeyman, or foreman required.
• State‑level licensure as journeyman or master electrician highly valuable.
• OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification; CCM or PMP certifications preferred.
• Deep understanding of NEC, local codes, reading blueprints, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of electrical projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Manage subcontractors, coordinate onsite activities, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead crew management and uphold BHI safety and quality policies.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to align work with project goals.
