Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in electrical engineering or site management, strong leadership, and knowledge of industry regulations; bachelor’s in electrical engineering is preferred. On-site, with opportunities tied to plant expansion and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years electric or engineering experience as site manager or engineer.
• Experience as a middle manager in a team of 10 or more.
• Experience with electric related documentation, submitals, drawings, reports, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of electric industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical work and manage electrical design contractors on the owner's side.
• Ensure construction schedule compliance and install equipment per Hyundai Motor Group standards.
• Plan and manage maintenance costs and business plans for electrical facilities after construction.
• Coordinate expansion, repairs, and replacements of electrical facilities per policy.
