Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) is seeking a Production Group Leader to supervise team leaders and members in our automotive manufacturing environment. You will direct and coordinate activities, plan schedules, and ensure production goals are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication. Candidates with 1–5 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–5 years of job-related experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leaders/Members in manufacturing/quality areas in an automotive environment.
• Direct and coordinate activities of multiple team leaders to meet production goals.
• Plan work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to ensure timely output.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Demonstrate equipment operations and safety procedures; ensure compliance with standards.
