Dynalectric Arizona is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Mesa, Arizona to manage outbound logistics, coordinate transportation, warehousing, and delivery activities ensuring timely job-site deliveries.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, 2+ years in logistics or related fields, and proficiency with MS Office. You’ll work with drivers and internal teams to optimize routes and improve processes while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation coordination, or construction material management.
• HS/GED required; some college preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of electrical construction materials and processes is a plus.
• Provide innovative thinking to improve processes.
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outbound logistics operations and coordination of transportation.
• Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and jobsite personnel on schedules and status.
• Plan daily driver routes and update delivery logs.
• Verify orders and coordinate with prefabrication and job sites for accuracy.
• Stage outbound orders based on jobsite priorities and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain transmittals, Bills of Lading, and shipping docs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, weight, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement logistic efficiency improvements.
