Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or related fields.
• Some college preferred; HS/GED required.
• Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Valid drivers license.
• Knowledge of electrical construction materials is a plus.
• Provide innovative thinking to improve processes.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound logistics operations and ensure timely deliveries to job sites.
• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and delivery activities.
• Plan daily routes for driver according to jobsite needs and update delivery logs.
• Verify orders and coordinate with prefabrication and job sites for accuracy.
• Stage outbound orders and ensure proper labeling, organization, and safety.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents and transmittals.
• Identify ways to improve routing and reduce transportation costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
