Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a skilled Foreman with a strong electrical background to oversee daily project operations on our commercial and industrial sites in the Phoenix area.

You will lead electrical crews, enforce safety standards, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure schedule alignment, quality control, and accurate reporting using BIM and project management tools. OSHA30 training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Electrical Commercial and/or Industrial experience.
• Knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/models electronically.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• OSHA30 required or training provided.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities on assigned projects and manage all aspects of safety, quality, and coordination.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure job hazard analyses.
• Motivate, evaluate, and coach electrical crews to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Plan, schedule, and execute project tasks; coordinate materials, tools, and resources.
• Maintain quality control to meet design specs and safe operation.
• Track production and report progress against schedule and budget.
• Coordinate prefabrication and BIM coordination with stakeholders.
• Document and report progress, delays, incidents, and communications.
