Job summary

Capstone Resource Management Inc is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction projects in commercial and infrastructure sectors. You will manage electrical crews, review drawings, and ensure safety and quality from start to finish.

The role requires strong experience in construction management, scheduling with Primavera P6/Procore, and coordination with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with an electrical focus.
• Knowledge of OSHA and federal safety protocols.
• Experience supervising electrical crews in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews across all project phases.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and plans.
• Coordinate schedules using Primavera P6, Procore, or Prolog to meet deadlines.
• Manage procurement and budgeting for materials and equipment.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety training; conduct site inspections.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and subs to resolve on-site issues.
• Oversee quality control and document progress with Bluebeam or CM software.
• Review drawings and specs for accuracy before installation.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
