Job summary

RISINGSUN TECHNOLOGIES seeks an Owner's Rep Electrical Superintendent to monitor and guide electrical construction on major infrastructure projects. You will oversee field execution of power distribution, low- and medium-voltage systems, and the electrical infrastructure to ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance while coordinating with other trades.

The role requires driving execution on site, reviewing drawings, coordinating subcontractors, and leading safety programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction with superintendent or lead supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution and critical infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical construction activities on site.
• Oversee installation of electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and power distribution.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, labor, and equipment.
• Review electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve field-level conflicts or issues.
• Partner with mechanical and general construction teams to ensure trade coordination.
• Lead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocols.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnover.
• Provide progress reports and communicate risks and constraints proactively.

As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this individual is responsible for overseeing field execution of power distribution, low- and medium-voltage systems, and electrical infrastructure while ensuring strict standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data centers, industrial plants, or mission-critical facilities
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, local codes)
• Experience supporting commissioning activities
• Prior work on large, fast-paced construction programs
