Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to electrical construction field operations and safety.
• Learn materials, equipment, installation processes, and blueprint reading.
• Support project management activities including estimating, bidding, and scheduling.
• Assist with material handling, order processing, and project documentation.
• Contribute to Quality Assurance/Quality Control and process improvement.
• Support customer service and branch operations.
• Participate in leadership development and progressive training.
