Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, or related field preferred for Traineeship.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Gaining real-world experience in electrical construction and project management.
• Participate in field operations, estimating, bidding, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Support project teams and learn progressive leadership responsibilities.
• For Management Trainees, complete progressive field and operational assignments with increasing responsibility.
